TERMS AND CONDITIONS is a specialist website of THE FISH FINDERS LTD (hereby referred to as TFF below)

At all times the decision of TFF and its associates or its representative(s) will be final on all matters likely to endanger the safety, well being and enjoyment of the trip for its clients.
Clients must at all times strictly comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited and to the regulations set by TFF and its associates or their representative(s) during the trip.
Should the client fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on trip or if, in TFF's, its associates' or its representative's(s) opinion, the client's behaviour causes or is likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others, TFF and its associates or its representative(s) may terminate that client's travel arrangements without any liability on the company's part.

You have selected a trip that is mostly spent in remote areas. This adds to the adventure and opportunity to enjoy a true fishing and nature experience.
However, due to the nature of the terrain, weather, water conditions and other elements beyond our control, some or all elements of trips may have to be altered. Dates of trips may need to be cancelled and changed to a later date due to the conditions. For this reason we advise booking flexible flights (our partner travel agent contacts can assist with this) and also having insurance to cover such eventualities.
If this is the case, no refund will be made but your trip will be replaced with an alternative trip at another future date to suit you and which is more appropriate for the conditions.
Advance notice will be given for any changes where possible, although at times changes may be made whilst the trip is in progress.

With any trip involving fishing, it is impossible to guarantee excellent fishing at any given time. This is highly unlikely to be the case as each trip has been designed and planned to the last detail around known areas and habitats.
While TFF and its associates will make every effort to ensure good fishing for the chosen dates, TFF and its associates cannot be held responsible if poor fishing occurs, as weather and other elements are beyond our control.

Our adventure fishing trips are activities that require extensive travelling in and to areas that are often remote. Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients, these trips do have minimal elements of risk.
By taking part in any of our trips, you as the client do hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks and that you are fully aware of the conditions of travel, accommodation and activities offered.
On booking you accept that TFF, its associates, any staff and sub-contractors cannot be held responsible or liable for any accident, illness or similar occurrence.
On booking you accept all possibility of any risk and release the company and its associates from all claims and causes of action arising from any injuries or damages resulting from these and any other risks.
You agree to sign a release to these effects on booking.

TFF and its associates will do their best to minimise the effects of any matters that are outside their control.
TFF and its associates cannot accept liability for any matters that are outside their control which can include political disputes, industrial action, refusal of visas, border closures, unforeseeable climate conditions, delayed or cancelled flights etc.

It is the responsibility of the client(s) to obtain adequate personal illness and travel insurance.
TFF and its associates strongly advise clients that any insurance policy(s) should cover all personal accidents or illnesses, any medical expenses and in the eventuality, any repatriation expenses.
TFF and its associates also highly recommend that the coverage extends to include loss of any personal effects, of curtailment, for any flight, trip or travel cancellation and for any other possible expenses that could arise as a result of personal loss, damage, injury, illness, delays or inconveniences occurring to the client.

All rates are quoted in US dollars and equivalent in UK pounds sterling, unless otherwise stated.
Most of our associates are governed by US dollars, and pound sterling exchange rates are approximate at the time of publishing.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating exchange rates, although every effort will be made to maintain quoted rates.
A deposit is required to confirm any booking (see per package) and balance of payment is due 60 days prior to commencement of trip.

The client must put in writing if requesting a cancellation and this must be acknowledged by TFF.
The date on which the correspondence is received will determine the loss of any monies applicable.
If clients cancel any time up to 60 days prior to the reserved trip, no refund will be given for the deposit paid.
If clients cancel from 40 to 59 days prior to the reserved trip having paid the full amount, no refund will be made, but credit will be given for a similar future trip.
If clients cancel from 1-39 days prior to the reserved trip, no refund will be made and no credit will be given for any similar trip.

Clients are responsible for booking their international and internal travel excluding that which is stated in each package.
TFF and its associates provide services for fishing trips outlined in their itineraries and packages only. We can help in dealing with your flights and schedules accordingly with an independent associated travel agency.
Notice is hereby given that all arrangements made on behalf of our clients, are made by the independent organisers on the sole condition that the organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage or irregularity which may be occasioned through acts of any company and /or persons engaged in carrying out the arrangements and TFF acts solely as an agent for transport companies, hotels and other contractors and shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur, including, but not limited to, any defect in a vehicle or any other form of conveying a traveler, acts of God, detention, delays or expenses arising from quarantine, strike, riots, theft, force majeure, civil disturbance, government restrictions or regulation, accident by aircraft, boat, bicycle, motor vehicle or any other form of transport or in any hotel, resort, ranch, lodge, guest house, camp, boat, ship or other form of accommodation.
In the event that any term or condition contained herein is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement or amend accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining terms and conditions to survive and continue as binding.
Payment for a trip is taken as acknowledgement and acceptance of all of the above terms and conditions.
